New Engine Room Project Seeks to Provide Support for Cornwall-based Enterprises
Cornish businesses can gain a welcome helping hand in promoting their existing or start-up businesses at the first Engine Room Networking meeting later this month. The Engine Room is a free programme which aims to provide business support, mentoring and networking opportunities for start-ups, SMEs, social enterprises and entrepreneurs in Cornwall.
Organised by the Real Ideas Organisation (RIO) in partnership with Cornwall School for Social Entrepreneurs, Cornwall College and Cornwall Neighbourhoods for Change, the networking and support event is being held in Liskeard on Tuesday 25th February, and all Cornish enterprises are welcome to attend from 6-8pm.
The event aims to bring Cornish entrepreneurs together for an evening of networking and sharing experiences from those who have already benefitted from the Engine Room project. This event is to be the first in a series of networking events. Engine Room clients and other businesses can look forward to similar events which will be announced on the RIO website, www.realideas.org. Refreshments will be available.
RIO is a pioneering social enterprise working to support people to build better futures, and has a proven track record in working with businesses to help get their social enterprises off the ground, turning ideas into concrete and successful business ventures.
